Elongated oval dates with a narrow, pointed tip. Yellow at the khalal stage, light brown at the rutab stage, and reddish-brown to pale yellow when fully mature. A high-quality export variety suitable for storage and easy transport. Classified as dry dates; late-ripening with a high fruit-drop rate. The finest Zahedi dates are light brown or chocolate brown.
